Delivery and Pickup
All rental prices are per day. For multi-day or long term rentals, please inquire.
Delivery time is to be worked out at the time of booking. Whenever possible, Wild Jumpers attempts to work with your schedule, including dropping off the day before at no cost for most events.
Delivery includes the setup of tents, the setup and anchoring of inflatables, and the delivery of tables and chairs to the event location. Tables and chairs are stacked when delivered and are not individually set up by Wild Jumpers.
Delivery prices are determined based on the size of your order, your distance, and any special obstacles your setup may present (long distance from parking area, difficult terrain, etc).
All rental equipment must be in the same condition as when delivered.
Folding tables should be broken down and chairs should be stacked in the same condition as when dropped off.
Any decorations, party items, supplies, etc must be removed from tent area before the time of pickup.
Tents and Inflatables must not be moved after they are placed and secured, for insurance purposes. If there are any issues, please contact Wild Jumpers.
Site Preperation
Wild Jumpers uses stakes up to 2.5′ to secure tents and inflatables. Care is taken to avoid utilities, including water, electricity, gas, irrigation, pet fences, etc. However, Wild Jumpers is not responsible for any damage caused by driving stakes.
The homeowner is encouraged to mark utilities or dicsuss them with our crew prior to setup. It is strongly recommended to call MisDig prior to your event to confirm utility location.
Payment
A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your event date.
The deposit is non-refundable, but good for up to 1 calendar year on future bookings.
All balances are due the day of your event, prior to setup.
All payments are to be made through Square App, or cash the day of the event or prior.
Our team is unable to set up prior to payment being made.
